I grew up in San Diego and spent a few years in Belgium before moving to the North Coast. I've been here at Coast 101.3 for 11 years now!
Being on the border between extrovert and introvert, a great evening for me either involves cooking a big meal for friends and family - or - taking some time to simply, quietly "be."
I'm a heavy-duty news junkie, but yes, I admit to watching re-runs of "The Surreal Life" on VH1 from time to time. Let's keep that between you and me, OK? :-)
