Andrew-GilbertsonPolice have found and arrested the man they say is responsible for robbing the Bank of America on Santa Rosa in San Luis Obispo yesterday afternoon. He's been identified as 38-year-old Andrew Gilbertson of Paso Robles.

Investigators say around three, yesterday afternoon Atascadero Police caught up with Gilbertson on El Camino Real.  Police say they found evidence from the robbery in Gilbertson's car.  Including the note he had handed the teller, the cash and his disguise.
