Gear Stolen From Templeton Fire and Emergency Services


Templeton Fire and Emergency Services reportedly had some of their gear stolen over the weekend. Officials say fire crews had set out their equipment Saturday morning near Vineyard Elementary School getting ready for a training excersise, but were dispatched to a vechicle crash near the 101 and Vineyard Drive. Atascadero Robotics Team Return to World Championships


The Greybots return to the world championship in robotics. The Greybots are a robotics team from Atascadero. They include 17 high school students, and two junior high students from Atascadero and San Luis Obispo. Several years ago, the Greybots teamed with another team from Palo Alto to win the world championship.

Arrest Made in Connection With Arson Fire


An arrest made in connection with an arson fire at a Santa Maria apartment last month. 19-year-old Daniel Abraham Reyna of Lake Forest allegedly started the fire. He was arrested in southern California. Santa Maria Man Robbed on Friday


A Santa Maria man attacked and robbed around 9:30 Friday night. The incident occurred at the intersection of Park and Smith Street.
