Vehicle and Bicycle Collision Hit and Run

On January 22 at approximately 11:15 in the morning, SLOPD officers were dispatched to a traffic collision between a vehicle and bicyclist on Tank Farm Rd near the entrance to the Marigold Shopping Center. A transient well known in San Luis Obispo County has been arrested in Santa Maria on burglary charges. Santa Maria police arrested 35-year-old Ryan Antone Dutra who was loitering near a business on South Broadway about 1:30 this morning. Power Restored To Customers Near San Luis High School
