High School Students Raise Money for Ill Student

Ernest Righetti High School students recently organized a fundraiser for a special-needs student with cancer to help pay for his ongoing brain surgeries. Three fires occurred in the Central Coast yesterday. A fire consumed an empty two-story Lompoc home at around 9 a.m. Firefighters had it under control less than an hour later. Three Teens Arrested for Carjacking a Woman

Three allegedly violent teenage carjacking suspects were arrested on northbound Highway 101 in Santa Margarita. The teens allegedly stole a silver Nissan sedan from a woman in Visalia. Officers stopped several other vehicles fitting the description of the stolen car before finding the teenagers. Body Found in Tent Has Been Identified

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff Coroner’s Office identified the man found dead inside a tent on March 13 in San Simeon. The man was identified as 58-year-old Brian Joseph Edward Boyer.
