Fatal Accident This Morning


An early morning accident took the life of a 21-year-old Oceano man when he crashed on Los Berros Road at a high rate of speed and hit a tree. The wreck occurred about 3:52 near Quailwood Lane. He was not wearing a seatbelt and the CHP says alcohol may have been involved.

Man Arrested for DUI After Hit and Run Collision


In Santa Maria last night about 11:52, a Santa Maria man was critically injured in a two car accident at Enos Drive and Miller Street.
