Toxicology Report Of 21 Year Old Drowning Victim Released

 The Coroner's Unit of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office is releasing the toxicology results of 21-year-old Stefan James Wagner of Fresno. Multiple Drug Smuggling Arrests Near Arroyo Quemada Beach
