Charges Filed Against Driver in Multi-Vehicle Crash


District Attorney Joyce E. Dudley has announced that charges have been filed against Manuel Santos, 29, as a result of a multi-vehicle crash that occurred July 3, 2015, on Highway 1 near Lompoc.  Jesenia Liborio, 22, was killed in the crash.  A nine-year old girl and two other adults were also injured.  Santos was reportedly drunk at the time.
