Counterfeit Bills Being Used in Cambria

A Cambria antique store and gas station reported a group of individuals using counterfeit $100 bills in their stores. A man and two women entered the antique store within minutes of each other, separately purchased a small item, and each paid for that item with a counterfeit $100 bill for a total of $300. Shortly afterward, the three suspects and an additional female entered the gas station and used another $100 counterfeit bill.

The suspects are described as being in their early to mid-twenties, with the male wearing a black baseball hat, two of the females have blonde hair and one of the females having brown hair. The serial numbers on the counterfeit bills were all the same. The Sheriff's Office is warning local businesses to be aware that this type of activity is taking place in the county.
