Grover Beach Declared Stage 3 Drought

Grover Beach declared a Stage 3 drought Monday night. The drought declaration will impose numerous water restrictions on residents and businesses in the city. Residents may no longer wash cars, boats, sidewalks or driveways unless they use a hose with a quick acting shutoff nozzle. Other mandates include restrictions on watering landscaping and refilling pools. Restaurants may no longer serve glasses of water unless customers request them.
