King City’s Police Chief Pleads Not Guilty

King City's acting police chief, an officer and the owner of Miller's Towing are pleading not guilty to charges in the alleged tow-for-profit scheme.  Chief Bruce Miller, Sergeant Bobby Carrillo and Miller's brother, Brian Miller were arraigned Tuesday on bribery and conspiracy charges.  They're accused of impounding cars belonging to mostly poor, Spanish-speaking residents and reselling them for profit.
