LA May Ban Energy Drink Sales To Minors

Los Angeles may become the nation's first city to ban some people from getting a pick-me up.  L.A. City Councilman Bernard Parks is proposing the city ban minors from purchasing the high octane beverages, and is concerned over the effects the drinks may have on people who have them regularly.

Critics of the drinks say there may be an issue of impaired judgment by amped up police officers.  Monday the City Council committee ordered a study to be done, and should know more in about a month.
